What happens if I cancel?
Your domain, logo, supplied photos and original content remain yours. The managed website and hosting end with the plan. We can quote a portable handover before cancellation if you want to host it elsewhere.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It should be registered in your name, even if we help connect it.
What if I do not like the preview?
The homepage preview is free. If it is not right, you do not proceed and do not pay the $399 launch fee.
What counts as a routine change?
Text, prices, opening hours, photos and updates to existing services. Requests are grouped into one monthly batch and normally completed within three business days. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are quoted first.
